Twin Rivers has developed an uncluttered, more traditional based program that genuinely focusses on client individuality. Located a few minutes away from the beach, Twin Rivers is nestled in a quiet residential area in Plettenberg Bay, The Garden Route, South Africa.
David has captured the essence of his own positive rehab experience and merged it into the uniqueness that Twin Rivers affords all their clients today.
Regular individual counselling sessions and group therapy is very much at the core of the program infused with TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) which compliments the ‘talk’ therapy. The daily program is influenced by client feedback in their daily diaries ensuring that the therapeutic communities needs are addressed as they arise.

There is plenty of great outdoor spaces, set in tranquil and beautiful surroundings in the heart of the seaside town of Plettenberg Bay, South Africa which is 1 141 km from Johannesburg, 520 km from Cape Town and 1 136 km from Durban.
The Twin Rivers Recovery House is configured to accommodate community living which is an important aspect of the treatment programme at the centre. There is a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area plus garden areas all offering a peaceful, private setting for reflection, studying and relaxation.
The centre is within short walking distance from the local award winning beaches and The Robberg Peninsula and an hours drive from George airport where Twin Rivers International clients are collected and transferred to Twin Rivers Recovery.
